«The Staff Canteen» is a very well-known website in the UK where chefs express their opinion, offer recipes, job offers etc.
Here they decided to make their selection of the most original, surprising & fascinating Michelin starred restaurants in the world.
But choosing which Michelin starred restaurant to visit is not an easy task. They all promise an excellent culinary experience, but which of these restaurants can surprise you, just in their cuisine. We are looking for a new culinary experience, a good service and making us feel special for just one night.

The chef owner Tomeu Caldentey’s Bou is the first Majorcan restaurant to earn a Michelin star. Dinner at Bou is an invitation to head chef Andrés Benítez’s kitchen. Be served by the chefs with small nibbles prepared right in front of you. At the table, take a seat with no pre-conceived ideas – you’re in for a big surprise.
The BOU CONCEPT 2017 offers more than just 20 elaborations, with accompanying wines. The dining experience is divided into three acts that take place in different spaces of the restaurant. The idea is to take you on a journey through a gastronomic universe but just with the use of your senses.
