The second edition of the national cooking competition Protur Chef 2018 is about to kick off. During the 15th, 16th, 17th & 18th of March Sa Coma will become the gastronomy capital of the country.

Workshops for Adults: Sushi-making with Óscar Molino, Fresh-cheese making with Miquel Fullana, Majorcan ‘empanades’- making with Lluís Bruet, Home made ensaïmada -making with the Soler sisters, Easter-bun making & special bread-making with LLuís Bruet in Restaurante Toscana.
Children’s Workshops: ‘tapas’ & biscuit-decorating where our junior chefs get the chance to show off their skills!
Show Cooking & Gastronomy Chats under the watchful eye of cooking geniuses; some of the most prestigious and successful chefs in the country.
