Nationaler Koch-Wettbewerb Protur Chef<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Erfolg der ersten Auflage freuen wir uns eine Fortsetzung des Protur Chef Koch-Wettbewerbs ank\u00fcndigen zu k\u00f6nnen, auch der Termin steht bereits fest. Anmeldungen f\u00fcr den Wettbewerb sind bereits m\u00f6glich und wir laden alle Kochschulen ein, ihre Kanditaten anzumelden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wettbewerb wird vom 15\/03\/18 bis 18\/03\/18 in Sa Coma &#8211; Mallorca durchgef\u00fchrt. und die B\u00fchne wird das Protur Biomar Gran Hotel &amp; Spa 5 * sein, eine kulinarische Referenz im Osten Mallorcas und durch den Wettbewerb werden wieder zwei Kochgr\u00f6ssen f\u00fchren, die beiden K\u00fcchenchefs Tomeu Caldentey und Koldo Royo.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wettbewerb richtet sich an alle Kochschulen des Landes, die ihre besten Sch\u00fcler ausw\u00e4hlen, damit diese sie an einem ganzen Wochenende vertreten und bei denen die jungen, aufstrebenden K\u00f6che um Geldpreise und bedeutende Arbeitsvertr\u00e4ge konkurrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist die Gelegenheit, junge Koch-Talente in der Ausbildung zu entdecken, wo sie die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, ihr Talent am Herd zum Ausdruck bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Drei Tage, in denen parallel auch ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Programm der Kochwelt und Gastronomie geboten wird mit Aktivit\u00e4ten, wie zum Beispiel verschiedener gastronomischer Workshops, Angebote verschiedener Food-Trucks, interessante Konferenzen, Abendessen mit Weinverkostungen von gro\u00dfen Kellereien und Show-Cookings mit so bekannten K\u00f6chen wie Fran L\u00f3pez, Marc Fosh oder den Torres Br\u00fcdern und weiteren.<\/p>\n<p>Wir hoffen, wieder auf eine sachkundige und anspruchsvolle Jury zu z\u00e4hlen.
