From this week those using Cala Millor beach can hire lockers to keep their valuables safe while they enjoy themselves on the marvellous beach.<\/p>\n

Every day from 9 am till 6 pm lockers can be hired for just 2\u20ac a day. They are located beside the lifeguard’s tower.<\/p>\n

With this service, offered by the Department of Tourism, the intention is to provide added security and quality of services on our beaches. We are sure that this service will be of great use to all beach users but especially to those who wish to enjoy activities on the beach; enjoy a stroll, a relaxing swim or take part in sporting activities.<\/p>\n

All of this complements all the services & activities are available to all beach users such the sporting activities each weekend from 11 am till 1 pm, completely free of charge. There are gymkhanas, beach volley, sports circuits (3-6 years), beach football & rugby, Olympics ( 6-12 years) , alternative game circuits (Frisbee, Kimball, korfal…) and not forgetting water games and all under the watchful eye of our qualified instructors. The activities take place opposite the Hotel Am\u00e2rac and no pre-inscription is required.<\/p>\n

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that at the lifeguards’ beach huts you can obtain, completely free of charge, cardboard beach ashtrays so that cigarettes butts are not left on the beach. It is very important to keep our beach clean so that we can all enjoy using it.<\/p>\n

Something else new for this year is the offer of a service by the library on Cala Millor beach.<\/p>\n

The \u201cBeach-Library\u201d offers more than 200 books in Spanish, Catalan, English & German.<\/p>\n
