The final of Protur Chef was held on March 19th at the<a title=\"\u00a0Protur Biomar Gran Hotel &amp; Spa in Sa Coma.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.proturbiomargranhotel.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Protur Biomar Gran Hotel &amp; Spa in Sa Coma.<\/a><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">The PROTUR CHEF contest boasted 20 participants from 10 different cooking schools.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><strong><strong>Majorca:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">Escola d\u2019Hosteleria de les Illes Balears (EHIB)<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">IES Puig de Sa Font<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">Amadip Esment Escola de Mallorca<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">IES Juniper Serra<\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">IES Alc\u00fadia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><strong><strong>Tenerife:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">Hotel Escuela SC de\u00a0Canarias HECANSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><strong><strong>Barcelona:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">EUHT de Sant Pol de Mar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><strong><strong>M\u00e9rida:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda y Agroturismo ESHAEX<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><strong><strong>Pontevedra:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">CIFP Carlos Aroza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><strong><strong>Madrid:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\">Centro Superior de Hosteler\u00eda Mediterr\u00e1neo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">At the same time we also celebrated the <strong> Chef KIDS<\/strong> contest where we could see the budding chefs of the future preparing salads &amp; decorating sponges.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">18 kids between the ages of 8 &amp; 12 showed us their skills 6 love of cooking. The classification was as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Ant\u00f2nia Roser Sitges \u2013 First Prize<\/strong><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Marina Vaquer \u2013 Second Prize<\/strong><\/li>\n<li lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Aurelio Ucendo \u2013 Third Prize<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">Everyone was very impressed by the high standard of all participants &#8211; both kids &amp; cookery school pupils.
