Congratulations are in order. The Bou Restaurant located in the Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel & Spa ****, has been selected to form part of the list of the 10 best original restaurants & hotels with Michelin stars, according to ‘The Staff Canteen’<\/p>\n

\u00abThe Staff Canteen\u00bb is a very well-known website in the UK where chefs express their opinion, offer recipes, job offers etc.<\/p>\n

Here they decided to make their selection of the most original, surprising & fascinating Michelin starred restaurants in the world.<\/p>\n

<\/a> Obtaining a Michelin star is an exceptional achievement, not only for the chef but for all his staff. A visit to such a restaurant is always a pleasure and an amazing experience for the palate.<\/p>\n

<\/a> But choosing which Michelin starred restaurant to visit is not an easy task. They all promise an excellent culinary experience, but which of these restaurants can surprise you, just in their cuisine. We are looking for a new culinary experience, a good service and making us feel special for just one night.<\/p>\n

At Protur Hotels we are very proud to boast one such restaurant among our facilities in Sa Coma.<\/p>\n

The chef owner Tomeu Caldentey\u2019s Bou is the first Majorcan restaurant to earn a Michelin star. Dinner at Bou is an invitation to head chef Andr\u00e9s Ben\u00edtez’s kitchen. The BOU CONCEPT 2017 offers more than just 20 elaborations, with accompanying wines. The dining experience is divided into three acts that take place in different spaces of the restaurant.
