POUR SA 2\u00e8me <\/strong><strong>\u00c9<\/strong><strong>DITI\u00d3N LE NOMBRE D&rsquo;INSCRITS AU CONCOURS QUI AURA LIEU EN MARS A DOUBL<\/strong><strong>\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Palma de Majorque, le 6 f\u00e9vrier 2018. Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s de sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, le concours National de cuisine<a href=\"http:\/\/proturchef.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Protur Chef <\/a>s&rsquo;affirme comme un rendez-vous \u00e0 ne pas manquer dans le calendrier national des plus prestigieuses \u00e9coles de cuisine: 11 Communaut\u00e9s autonomes ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 cette deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition.<\/p>\n<p>Les 15, 16, 17 et 18 mars, Sa Coma, dans les \u00celes Bal\u00e9ares, deviendra, le temps de quelques jours, la capitale de la gastronomie du pays. Le staff technique du concours s\u00e9lectionnera, parmi les demandeurs, 18 participants selon des crit\u00e8res bas\u00e9s sur la qualit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9sentation, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Un concours destin\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9tudiants de 2\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de cuisine ou plus, enti\u00e8rement gratuit, au cours duquel les trois finalistes se verront propos\u00e9s un contrat r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 pour un stage dans l&rsquo;un des H\u00f4tels Protur, une somme d&rsquo;argent et un s\u00e9jour gratuit d&rsquo;une semaine pour 2 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Le concours sera dirig\u00e9 par le prestigieux cuisinier insulaire Tomeu Caldentey, premier majorquin \u00e0 avoir obtenu une \u00e9toile Michelin dans son restaurant Es Mol\u00ed den Bou.<\/p>\n<p>Caldentey a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le jury du concours sera un jury de luxe, compos\u00e9 de chefs renomm\u00e9s, d\u2019\u00e9toiles Michelin et d&rsquo;importants critiques gastronomiques.<\/p>\n<p>Durant quatre jours, les locaux de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel Protur Gran Biomar Hotel &amp; Spa ***** de Sa Coma, \u00e0 Majorque, proposeront des ateliers, des discussions et un programme d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s qui nous permettront d\u2019en profiter et de nous \u00e9mouvoir lors ce rendez-vous incontournable des amoureux de la gastronomie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LE CONCOURS DE CUISINE NATIONAL PROTUR CHEF S&rsquo;AFFIRME COMME UN RENDEZ-VOUS INCONTOURNABLE POUR LES MEILLEURES \u00c9COLES DE CUISINE DU PAYS.
